Apply the false eyelashes on top of your natural lashes, adding more for your desired volume. 4. Apply the seal evenly, adding more for longer wear. Tips: If the bond feels dry, it may have frozen. Leave it at room temperature for a day. If it still doesn’t work, pls contact us for a solution.
